Clubland Work It Out is an intense workout with moves that probably aren't for the beginner, but are very suitable for weight loss for moderate to advanced types. This workout could well get you ready for clubbing on a podium in Ibiza--the moves are sexy, lots of hip grinding, but make no mistake this is a real workout. This isn't for the faint of heart or breath--the moves are fast and intense, so it's not the best choice if you're out of shape. The moves are clearly explained, but physically demanding.
Clubland Work It Out is led by Deanne Berry, backed by four women in sequined hot pants and bikini combos--very sexy and clubby, but not so practical as workout gear. They have aerobics, combat-style training, and toning to work on, all with a pounding house music reverberating in the background. The music of course is key, and some of the fiercest Clubland tunes are featured, with music from Girls Aloud, Rhianna, Sugababes, Darren Styles, DJ Disciple, LMC v U2, N-Trance, and others. It even looks like it was filmed in a nightclub. For those familiar with Deanne Berry's Pump It Up series under the Ministry of Sound banner, this is more of the same but under the Clubland banner, and just as good.

From a fitness point of view, this workout will get your heart pumping and if regularly used will lead to weight loss and toning. If you're into clubbing, then the fun, club atmosphere will certainly help the workout go easily and seem as much of a dance as a workout--always good to keep you coming back for more.
